Taking your data with you
The menu, the customers and the orders are yours.
A restaurant that cannot take its menu, its orders and its database elsewhere is held by the cost of leaving, not by the product. That is why export exists.
- 1Settings → Data: leave a request.
- 2We grant permission (it is one-time).
- 3You download the files: menu, customers, orders — as .xlsx and .csv.
A backup is taken automatically every day and kept by us. Export is a different thing: it is taking the data with you.
