keel

The Keel till

Three screens: till, floor and kitchen

The cashier closes a check, the waiter opens a table, the cook sees what to make. A dish sold comes off the shelf straight away.

The payment window on the till: cash, card or transfer, discount and change

What the till does

Till and floor screens

The till on a monoblock, the floor plan on a tablet: tables, open checks and who is serving which one.

Split and merge checks

Guests pay separately, or two tables become one check. Fired to the kitchen by course.

Fiscal receipts

Filed with the tax committee. Sales that never filed are listed separately in the panel.

Receipt printer and cash drawer

Prints straight to a Windows printer — no shared folder to set up. The kitchen ticket is its own.

PINs and roles

Everyone signs in with their own four digits. Every void and discount records who did it.

Keeps selling without internet

Sales are held on the device and sent by themselves once the line is back. The queue does not stop.

Stock and cost price

Recipes, deliveries, write-offs, stocktakes. Dish cost and gross margin work themselves out.

X/Z reports and shifts

The cash shift, the count and the discrepancy. Anything given on credit gets its own line.

Menu on the left, the open check on the right: the table, the waiter, and how long they have been sitting. Cash, card or transfer in one tap.

Three screens, one system

The floor map on a tablet: occupied tables, open check totals and how long they have been sitting

The floor screen

A tablet in the waiter's hand: the room, who is sitting where, which checks are open. Open a table, add dishes, fire them to the kitchen.

The kitchen display: nine tickets in the queue, the longest wait first, with the notes on each dish

The kitchen screen

Tickets arrive on the screen by themselves, longest wait first. The cook taps “ready” and the floor sees it at once.

Till plans

You pay per branch, and the register count is a limit inside it. It arrives on one invoice with the website and the orders.

A separate ladder for shops

A shop does not use half of a restaurant — no dining room, no kitchen, no technical cards. So the price is different too: the scanner, the scale and the stockroom. Stock is in all three rungs, because in a shop what is sold is what is on the shelf.

Start

Pro + franchise management

Nothing is charged per user: three cashiers on three shifts cost what one does. The branch discount applies here too.

Stock and cost price can be bought on its own

Knowing your food cost does not require moving to Pro: the stock module adds to any plan for 290,000 so'm a month, and on Pro and above it is already in the price.

More than one branch

30% off from the second branch, 40% from the fifth. The stock module is paid for once for the whole company rather than per branch.

Stock balances: ingredients, what is left and what it is worth

You know what is left on the shelf

Every dish has a card, and what sells comes off the store by itself. What to buy in the morning is on the screen — nobody counts the room at midnight.

Never restricted

Nothing on this list is switched off, even on the cheapest plan.

  • Fiscal receipts — that is the law, not a plan question
  • X/Z reports and the cash shift
  • Roles, PINs and the right to void
  • The receipt printer and the cash drawer
  • Data export and backups
  • The manual stop list
  • Reports: ABC/XYZ, finance, team, channel analysis
  • CRM, segments, campaigns and the call centre

We never limit dish count or headcount either.

Comparison

Why we cost less than iiko

Figures from published market tariffs (August 2026). The gap comes from the shape: iiko charges monthly per register, we charge per branch. So a second and third terminal cost almost nothing here.

  • iiko has no stock or cost price on Start — it begins at Pro (1,012,500). Ours adds to any plan for 290,000 so'm, and on Pro it is already in the price.
  • We ask for no deposit. Platform deposits on this market are taken up front, up to 6,500,000 so'm.
  • Entering your menu and recipes is free.

You do not have to change your till. The menu lives here, and the order lands in your own till — the cook sees it on the screen they already use.
