Asking for help
How to write so the answer comes in the first reply.
There is a chat button at the bottom right of the panel — it reaches us directly. We also answer on Telegram.
What to write
- Which screen — «Store → Tech cards».
- What you did — «saved a prep».
- What you expected and what happened — «the cost should have appeared, it shows zero».
- A screenshot — one picture replaces ten messages.
«It does not work» pushes the answer two or three messages away. With those four lines the fix usually comes in the first reply.
