Pre-orders
The customer orders «for 19:00».
Settings → Orders turns pre-orders on. Two settings: how far ahead at the earliest (an hour, say) and how many days ahead at the latest.
Such an order is marked in the list and rises to the top when its time comes — an order placed at 10 for 19:00 does not distract the kitchen all day.
Busy hours can be closed off: if you do not want pre-orders over lunch, that is limited separately from opening hours.
