Turning delivery on

Minimum order, free-delivery threshold and how the fee is worked out.

Settings → Delivery. Switch it on, then choose how the fee is calculated: by distance or by zones on the map.

Setting	What it means
Minimum order	Below this we do not deliver. The basket tells the guest how much is missing.
Free from	Above this amount delivery is free. Left empty means never.
How the fee is calculated	Distance or zones. The other one's fields are hidden but the data is kept — change your mind and you do not redraw.

⚠Delivery is configured per branch. With several branches the page warns about coverage, because mistakes here are silent: the form looks filled in, nothing errors, and the result shows up somewhere else entirely — as a branch that simply never gets orders.

The four most common mistakes

Delivery off — the branch takes no part in delivery at all.
No point on the map — distance is measured from it, so the calculation cannot work.
Maximum distance = 0 — this means «no limit», not «we do not deliver». Across several branches this is the dangerous one: a single branch takes the whole city.
Base fee and per-km both 0 — delivery becomes free.
