Drawing delivery zones
You draw the boundary on the map and price each zone — and the guest sees the same thing.
Settings → Delivery → choose zones. A map opens below.
Drawing a zone
- 1Press New zone.
- 2Click along the boundary on the map. At least three points are needed.
- 3Close the shape by joining the last point to the first.
- 4Name the zone («Centre», «Chilanzar») and choose how it is priced.
- 5Save. The zone appears on the site immediately.
A zone is priced one of two ways
- Fixed fee — one amount for every address inside it. The simplest, and the clearest to a guest.
- Per kilometre — a base fee plus each km, measured from the restaurant.
⚠A zone counts as working with at least three points. If any working zone exists, the distance settings (base fee, per-km, maximum) are ignored entirely, and nothing outside the zones is delivered.
⚠Having drawn a zone, save it. A drawn but unsaved shape stays on screen and looks entirely real.
At checkout the guest sees the zones on the map with a legend under it: which zone, and what it costs. With no address picked yet the map fits the whole coverage — so a guest can tell at a glance whether you reach them.
