Marking (Asl Belgisi)

If you sell drinks: the DataMatrix code of each bottle goes onto the receipt.

There is no separate «Asl Belgisi» integration and none is needed: the code travels inside the fiscal receipt and the OFD passes it to the national system.

  1. 1Flag the products that require marking in the menu (Menu → dish → Marking).
  2. 2Connect a DataMatrix scanner to the till — it appears as an ordinary keyboard, no driver needed.
  3. 3When the line is added to a sale the code is asked for: scan the bottle.
Marked lines do not merge: two bottles are two codes. Tapping the tile twice gives two separate lines, not one line of two.
Duplicate codes are checked across the whole receipt. The scanner beeped, the read was unclear, it was scanned again — and two lines produce one bottle. The fiscal system accepts such a receipt, which means the only place to catch it is here.
A whole bottle and a glass are two different dishes on the menu. Then the «opened bottle» question answers itself: a glass is never asked for a code.
