PBX: onlinePBX
An incoming call opens the customer card by itself.
- 1Settings → Telephony: enter the onlinePBX keys.
- 2The panel gives you a webhook address.
- 3Enter it in the events settings of the onlinePBX dashboard.
- 4Make a test call and check the Last event line.
⚠Last event is the most useful line on this page. Even with correct keys the address may never have been entered in the onlinePBX dashboard, and a connection check cannot show that at all.
The webhook address is itself the key: onlinePBX sends no password. If it leaks, it can be rotated.
Call duration is measured by the conversation. Forty seconds of ringing with no answer is a zero-second call.
