The call centre
Taking orders by phone, and the call log.
Customers → Call centre. The operator enters a number, the system finds the customer and shows their whole history — and the order is entered right there.
With a PBX connected (onlinePBX), an incoming call opens the customer card by itself, and the number, duration, recording and who answered land in the log automatically. The operator only writes the outcome and a note.
If the operator is still writing up another call, the screen is not taken over: losing a half-written note is worse than not opening a card.
