The customer card
One phone number, the whole history: orders, addresses, points, debt, reviews.
Customers → Database. Search by phone number or name.
- Order history and average bill.
- Saved addresses.
- Points balance and movement.
- Any debt — the amount and a «settled» button.
- Reviews and complaints.
A manager sees their branch's order history; the customer profile itself belongs to the company, because the database is shared.
