The action log
Who changed what — a price, an order, a tech card, a count.
Money and team → Log. Each entry: who, when, what they did and what changed.
A tech card edit is written out in detail: which ingredient, from what to what. «Recipe changed» is true, is in the log, and answers nothing.
⚠Raising a norm on a card is the one way to take money out invisibly to the arithmetic: the card says 200 g of beef, the kitchen puts in 150 g, 50 g is left over on every portion, and a count finds nothing — the card already expects it to be gone. The only visible moment is the moment the card is edited.
A norm rising by more than 20% raises a warning in the panel. The threshold is high on purpose: correcting a card is ordinary work, and an 11% correction is not worth a message.
