The stop list: what is off today
Take a dish off sale temporarily without removing it from the menu.
Menu → Stop list. The list belongs to this branch and to today only — nothing is removed from the menu.
Three sources

| The till system | The stop list in iiko/Poster is read every 3 minutes. It cannot be cleared here — the next read brings it back. |
| The store | A dish short of ingredients stops automatically. Off by default. |
⚠Only switch the store-based stop on if deliveries and counts are entered regularly. Otherwise the till refuses to sell food that is sitting on the shelf — the most expensive thing this system can do.
The most useful line on the page is when it was last read, not a green «connected» badge: a badge goes stale the moment the clock passes it, a read time does not.
