Hiring: a posting, an application, and the list of applicants.
Menu → Vacancies: position, pay and requirements. Postings appear on the site at /vakansiya.
The applicant's name, phone and note arrive here. A new application raises a notice in the panel.
Rather than deleting a posting, set it inactive — next month you switch it on again without rewriting the text.
