The kitchen screen (KDS)
A cook answers one question all evening: what do I cook next.
yoursite.uz/staff/kitchen — for a tablet or monitor in the kitchen. The employee signs in with their own account.
The screen has the ticket, the waiting time and one button. Money, customer, address and filters are deliberately absent: a cook who has to read past them to find the dish stops reading the screen.
⚠KDS access is granted per person (Staff → employee → «Kitchen screen»), and it is off by default. On a shared tablet anybody could press «Ready» — taking the ticket off the kitchen screen and telling the panel the kitchen cooked it.
«Ready» is not a new status, it is a timestamp. The order's status does not change; a «Kitchen ready» mark appears in the panel. Send the order back and the mark is cleared.
