Cancelling an order and refunding

A reason is required — and money paid online does not come back on its own.

The order card has a Cancel button. It will not save without a reason: an order cancelled without one tells nobody anything a month later.

⚠Cancelling an order paid online does not refund it automatically. The money stays with the payment provider and is refunded from their dashboard. The panel says so plainly — the word «cancelled» does not mean the customer's card got the money back.

A till receipt has a different action — a refund: the sale stays, the money changes. The reports show this separately from «cancelled».
