Sound and notifications
What you are told about, and where.
- New-order sound — in the panel, repeating until «Accept».
- Telegram message — orders, bookings and complaints to a group or a private chat.
- Warnings — an unprinted ticket, a large discount, a tech card norm going up, a cash shortfall.
To receive Telegram messages you have to write to the bot once — it cannot write first.
Every warning should have exactly one button in the panel that turns it off. If a signal is bothering you, switch it off: a warning that cannot be silenced becomes a warning nobody reads.
