Deliveries: entering an invoice

What arrived, from whom and at what price. Prices flow from here into the menu's costing.

Store → Deliveries → New. Date, supplier, and lines: ingredient, quantity, unit price.

The invoice's own total wins: a discount given at the door is on none of the lines.
If a price changed, it is written into the ingredient's price history dated by the invoice.
If it did not change, nothing is added to the history — correcting a name should not leave a «price changed» record behind.

Payment and debt

Every invoice has a «paid» flag. Unpaid ones show as debt to the supplier (Store → Suppliers).

⚠Editing and deleting a delivery behave differently. Editing removes the prices that invoice wrote and writes them again. Deleting does not restore prices — it only says «this line should not be here», and the food may already have been costed at that price.

Hand-entered prices are never touched. They cannot say which invoice they came from, and guessing would silently erase a deliberate correction.
