The catalogue: what you buy, in what unit, and at what price.

StoreIngredients. Each one has a name, a unit and a purchase price.

  1. 1The unit: kilo, litre or piece. Tech cards then use grams, millilitres and pieces respectively.
  2. 2«Should be there» — the running figure since the last count.

The price is entered in the unit you buy in: an invoice says «one kilo, 90 000», and nobody writes down a price per gram. The conversion happens in the tech card.

There are exactly three units: kilo, litre, piece. Free text like «bunch» or «crate» cannot be entered — it produces a card that cannot be costed and a cost that looks calculated.
  • Minimum stock — below it the ingredient is flagged «running out». Zero means «do not warn me», not «warn me at zero».
  • Store — with several stores, where this branch keeps it. Empty is the undivided store.
  • Note — where it is bought, which grade.
Editing a price by hand takes effect from today, while a delivery carries its own date. A late invoice lands in the history on its own day but does not change today's price.
